• All care is taken to ensure your items get to you safely, however once we post your item, its arrival and condition is out of our control. We send all our items via trackable registered post for safety of your package and if your parcel does not arrive (deemed lost by Australia Post) it is insured. We will try our best to replace items broken in the mail. You will need to send photos and a description of its arrival to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your damaged parcel to claim a replacement. All replacements are at our discretion. 
  • Bank transfer is offered for ease of payment and while we will offer all the help we are able to give to ensure you're payment is made sucessfully we take no responsibility for misplaced funds or bank issues. If you are worried we suggest using Paypal as it guarantees safe payment transfer.
